Health Logic added Dr. Randall Toal to our chiropractic team in 2009 - he also specializes in the care of athletes. Dr. Randall received his doctorate from Life Chiropractic College West, Hayward, California graduating top of his class in '07. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner®, having completed an accredited course of graduate study and clinical work in the care and treatment of athletic injuries and management of physical fitness. He is also a certified Graston Technique provider.
Dr. Randall was born and raised on the island of Guam in a community type environment where everyone is family. In any crisis, most especially during major crisis, the island always comes together to help all those in need. Instilled with this sense of family and community, Dr. Randall brings this same approach to his practice and to Health Logic.
Growing up playing sports, Dr. Randall was exposed to the rigors of athletic training and competition. He was a member of Guam's first team to compete in the U.S. Junior Olympic Volleyball Championships in 1993 and a member of the Guam Men's National Volleyball team from 1994-2006. Playing sports didn't come without injuries, and Dr. Randall has seen his share of all types. In 1998, Dr. Randall suffered a major back injury while training with the National Team where he sought many different types of medical treatment. Chiropractic care was a major and significant aspect to his recovery. Thus paving his path to becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Prior to joining Health Logic, Dr. Randall practiced at Chiro-Medical Group, a distinguished multi-disciplinary facility located in San Francisco, California. There he was exposed to a team approach to healing which incorporated chiropractic in conjunction with rehabilitative exercise, soft-tissue modalities, physical therapy and physical medicine.
Dr. Randall brings to Health Logic his personal knowledge of the demands of athletic performance on the human body and a family and community-oriented approach to caring for all patients.
