I was injured with Ilio-Tibial Band tendonosis (severe knee pain) in
February 2004, missed out on competing all year, and
most importantly at the Triathlon Olympic Trials.
I was unable to run pain-free until I saw Dr. Rikke
in November 2004. I had tried everything from physical therapy to deep
tissue massage to cortisone injections to acupuncture and ART. Nothing
seemed to work as well as the Graston Technique did.
I have been completely amazed with how quickly I started seeing results (3 visits) and running without pain.
I can now look forward to racing again this year, as I move my way up and shoot for the Olympic Games in Beijing 2008!
